Micromate is an innovative, small learning companion through which knowledge can be transmitted in short learning units in the style of conversational learning. Consequently, as in a messenger conversation, questions are asked by Micromate and answered by the learner. Micromate checks the answer and responds with feedback.

Micromate is suitable for knowledge transfer in companies of various sizes as well as for educational institutions such as universities and colleges.

When learning with Micromate, knowledge is transferred in short learning units. Each learning unit consists of five different questions to be answered from a learning package (learning packages are the accumulation of all questions on a topic created by administrators). Using different question formats, learners are asked individualized questions from their learning packages based on our algorithm and their learning progress. After answering, learners receive feedback directly via Micromate.

Currently Micromate is available for Microsoft Teams (MS Teams) as well as a web application, via any browser, for use.

Using a web-based editor, you create quizzes and put them together into learning packages, which Micromate delivers to the learners in learning units.

Different question formats are available for creating questions. These are the following formats:

• Single Choice questions (with up to five answer choices).
• Multiple choice questions (with up to five choices)
• Questions with the input of answers in free text fields
• True / False questions

Yes, both questions and answers can be supplemented with images, GIFs, videos or sound recordings, thus enhancing the learning effect.
